box scores

When is this error that's been an issue since launch going to be fixed? IN my screen shot below its been over 5 mins since the sim and I still cannot get my box score. I've restarted the game twice/logged out/in several times. Is anyone else continuously getting this after sims?

Just to add... its gotten worse. 15 mins past sim and I am still not able to get it downloaded.

Yeh the developers said their CDN is slow; by slow, maybe it's just inconsistently unavailable at times.

Do they have a thread devoted to the progress to fix?
Its bad enough that the time i am wasting with this error will stop me from playing.
I'll just put team on autopilot and come back probably in the entry league a month from now.
It would be nice if i could get a message when it is fixed

It is still not working today. VERY annoying. Is this being addressed? It would be great to get an update from the developers on this issue.

"Folks, we want to apologize for the issues over the weekend with accessing box scores, replays and highlights. Our server provider was having issues with their network which is totally out of our control, but still unfortunate. They have told us that things are working better today, so hopefully this issue is resolved for now"

course, sounds like it's still going on.... he did post again about 30 minutes ago that they are still actively investigating it; but if it's an issue on the provider's side again, there might not be much to be done other than wait and hope they can resolve it.

It would be great to get an update from the developers HERE on this issue. I didn't realize discord was the new official communication channel.

Sounds like the current server setup cannot properly handle PT.


I just wonder with all of the server issues going on now, what's it going to to be like once OOTP20 PT gets up and running, on top of OOTP19 PT!

Just let me correct something - this is not NEW but has been an issue for me since PT was in BETA. I'm hoping that it just got so bad that now more eyes are on it so it finally gets fixed.

If it's a provider issue I don't think it's linked to the network issues they were having over the weekend, as this has been happening to me (and others, judging by posts) for several weeks, and is still happening today.

Exactly! It has been a regular visitor to me since beta also. Not all the time but enough to be annoying until the past few days. Now it is worse than mildly annoying.

While annoying, you can't change SLAs overnight. I assume that the success of the game (or this flavor thereof, e.g. Perfect Team) might have been underestimated. The developers can't do squat, they outsourced Content Delivery in it's current form. Seeing current traffic on these platforms, I am sure OOTP is going full-bore changing said SLAs. Give them a chance to catch up.

I have usually found that if I don't get the box scores within 5 minutes that either logging out and back in, or closing and re-opening the game resolves the issue.
