Civilization VI was just released for the iPad - the exact same game as the PC/MAC version. I am hopeful that OOTP19 will follow this trend and I will finally be able to take my team on the road.

I logged in today looking for exactly the answer to this question of "what new features are coming" but this laugh was ok too.

The lack of any response on new features for OOTP19 was expected, but still disappointing.

Matt Arnold saved the day with his great post!

Yeah, let's hope they start it soon and give us a good preview of the new version.

Well, look at it this way. As you pointed out, April is "just around the corner" and I would say that they will start talking about OOTPB 19 sometime in February which is practically tomorrow, the way time flies these days!

Heh, you know, we all assume that there will indeed be a 19 and that it will come out coinciding with the opening of the MLB season. As they say with investments, "Past performance is no guarantee of future results." Much as I hate (enjoy?) being a wet blanket, the string will play out someday.

Is that the right phrase? I mean, the succession of new version releases every spring may end. Or the game may finally evolve into something that some of us will no longer find attractive.

Eh, enough doom and gloom, Bruce. Let's at least hope that OOTPB gets into the version 20's before anything like that happens!

And on the other hand, this year a big game company might purchase OOTPB, keep Markus and the crew to run it... and... and... and... can you believe it!... give Markus the money to add realistic graphic animation... and professional sound and play-by-play to the game.

How's that for dreaming?

Uh Oh!... I almost forgot... a well-written newspaper that covers the game well.

New to the board... hey hello!

That’s my #1 wish too. A mobile/PC integration!

Well, a lot of people also called him "Ducky Wucky," which has to be one of the greatest nicknames of all time. Medwick, on the other hand, hated being called that. He wanted to be called "Muscles" instead. But nobody called him that, possibly because Medwick was, by all accounts, a jerk.

I have my fingers crossed that Super-Model mode finally makes its way into the game with this version. In game graphics would need to improve though so maybe it won't. Yet I still wonder.....

i'm certain you've got all the vital stats for it to be created, right? If not, you'd probably have no problem getting volunteers.
