201 error upon export

I've tried everything the guys in our league can think of:

  • Replaced the accounts data file
  • Messed with all the ftp online settings
  • Deleted and redownloaded the entire league file

At first we thought it was an issue with my coach not being assigned to my MLB team due to winter league play, but others are able to export who had the same issue and that should be solved by deleting/redownloading.

The only other thing I can think of is that I just moved, and it essentially correlates with my issues. I've read about there being firewall issues with exporting, but have no clue what to do for it.

Can you try setting the ftp mode to passive? Does that change anything?

I did try that and nothing.

However, I figured out the issue is on my end. I need to call my ISP with the specific port to open up.

Yeah, a 201 error is very likely to be on your end and pretty hard for us to troubleshoot. Hope you get it figured out!
