Management Based on Stats

I was wondering how many other people use advanced statistics/Sabermetrics to build a team like in Michael Lewis' book Moneyball. For pitchers I generally use FIP and the minimum K/BB is 2. For batters I look at wOBA, OBP, and OPS+. It would also be helpful to have some more advanced stats on hand such as WAR, SIERA, xFIP, UZR, UBR, BABIP for batters, etc. I would also like to see playoff statistics have their own section (when you go to a players stats page, you can see basic, expanded or split, and add playoffs to that). Pitchers need a better split statistics page because theirs shows batters stats.
