Sorry if this has already been asked but why are most of the injuries 4 weeks long? Is that an issue?

It completely depends on the injury. Many injuries are a month long.

If you're not happy, you can go into you Game Options and change the Injury Rating.

Only league-wide major injuries appear in the league news often, day-to-day/minor injuries will not.

I don,t see a lot of minor injuries... it seems way too many players play full seasons (IRL you don't see many players miss zero games during a full season) and a ton of ridiculously long injuries. What would be a good way of ensuring a lot of minor injuries and only a tiny handful of season ending injuries?
