Defensive positions not yet filled
When I am in the substitutions screen while playing out a game (and probably also in the lineup/depth chart screen while not playing out a game), it would make things easier if I could clearly see which defensive positions I still need to fill.
Of course, this can easily be deduced. But it usually takes me a while to study and figure out which defensive position I still need to cover. Do I have a catcher? Check Do I have a shortstop designated? Check ... If my batting order matched the standard defensive position ordering (p,1b,2b,ss,3b,lf,cf,rf), it would be instantly visible at a glance. Just by looking at my lineup. But I usually have outfielders batting 1st, 5th, and 7th or something like that. Infielders are scattered about as well. And I have a tendency to confuse myself while in the process of making double switches. The game could do this instantaneously any time a player is inserted or removed from the lineup or a defensive position change is made. Seems like a pretty helpful feature that wouldn't take a whole lot of development effort. Last edited by jmknpk2; 11-24-2017 at 06:26 AM. |
