Additionally, after each throw to first base for the out, the first baseman runs toward a few steps toward the pitcher for no apparent reason.

Sorry, one more catch: on a drop-third strike, the batter is depicted running faster than Usain Bolt to first base in an attempt to beat out the throw. It needs to be slowed down.

facegen going wacky, changing player looks

So this is happening with 2 players, the facegen has some of their features but skewed, one of them I can import a new fictional picture and then reload the correct one and it fixes it (but keeps changing it back every time I start the game again).

This one with Ty Cobb I can't get right. I checked the fg file and it hasn't been changed, but the game keeps loading a skewed image of him (skinnier head and bulging eyes).

does anyone know how to fix this, seems to be the only player effected

EDIT: WOW so I went into the editor and just started looking at everything and noticed his weight was 136 pounds, and thought WTF. I changed it to 185 and reloaded the fg file and BOOM fixed! not sure how his weight got changed (I haven't edited anything on him), maybe some sort of cancer?
so if anyone else has this problem in the future, check their weight as Facegen adjusts to that!

Ok . Here's one to mull over. I purchased another license (yes went out on the limb and paid more for a product I wasn't satisfied with -on a hunch) not through Steam. So far everything works fine. For some reason OOTP doesn't always sync well with Steam. Next year I will go the non-steam route to start.

How do i completely reinstall the game from scratch, and remove any old files? I added a ballpark mod and it brought the game to a halt. Of course, that's only slightly slower than it already ran. Ugh this game is so buggy I feel like I wasted $40

3D crashes every time

I've been playing OOTP19 since release, although I haven't tried to play a 3D game in a few weeks. I noticed that my 3D mode had been set to disabled which surprised me when I tried to play a game. When I switch the settings to 3D enabled, the game crashes immediately upon trying to enter an active game and going to the game action tab.

I have tried restarting, installing drivers, and starting as an administrator. Here are my specs as requested. Please help! Cant play any 3D games at all.

Could this help with an online league in which I am not seeing the jerseys and caps that the commish has put into the game? The option "Game Settings" is grayed out for me.

this happens with Citi Field's outfield wall pretty much every other game.
what do you guys think?

Maybe this is the right forum for this problem? I bought a new computer. I re-downloaded the game. The 3D players are only half-formed on the field. They look like ghosts, with one leg, no torso, no head when seen from the side.

Any ideas?

Sounds like you need an update to your video card drivers. That's the first thing to try at any rate. If it doesn't fix things let me know

I did update the video card driver. But it didn't work. Still one leg, torso-less, headless players. At least I learned how to update a video card driver. But still need better visuals of my 3D players. Any other ideas?

Lukas, I am using Windows 10. I have updated the video card driver and OpenGL is 5.1. What else could be causing this problem?

The players lack physical content. Weird. One leg, no torso, no head. Just a leg, chest, on arm and a baseball cap. The movements are all normal, the sound works, everything else looks good. But ghost-like players.

I even re-installed the game but it still looks the same.

THIS IS EXACTLY THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING FOR WEEKS NOW SINCE I BOUGHT MY NEW COMPUTER WITH WINDOWS 10. OpenGL is a new version, updated my drivers. But I get players that look like these, one leg, no torso, no face most of the time.

DID YOU EVER GET THIS FIXED? DID YOU EVER GET AN ANSWER TO HOW TO FIX IT?
