Option for Finalizing trades/free agent signings in OOTP 18

Its an option in the Football manager series, and I think itd be useful for OOTP too.

The option is that instead of

"Initiate/React to trades" as one option, it would be two different options, you could have the Assistant GM make trade offers, but you have to finalize them to go thru, so the CPU doesnt make any dumb trades. Same for them finding prospects, you have to finalize the signing

This would be cool - would love to get an email or notification like "Hey boss, found this potential deal, the X team is willing to deal soandso for our guy. Tell me yes or no."

Idk if you guys ever played NBA 2k myLeague, but when you sign a free agent, you have to confirm the signing once the player agrees to the deal. This is one of my favorite "features" in a sports game. If you give an offer to somebody, then trade for somebody you like better, you don't have to sign the player. I'd love to see something like this in OOTP at the least, idk if I want my assistant GM making trades, even if i have to confirm them. could slow the game down, and it could be op maybe

Withdrawing Offers

wallewalls: Doesn't the option to withdraw an offer (on the pending offers page) already accomplish what you're asking for?

I love the idea as well. Make sure to post this in the suggestions section on the boards.
