Change Date of Winter Meetings?

Is it possible to change the date of the winter meetings? I know you can change the date of the Rule 5 draft. But I fear the winter meetings are fixed. Thanks to anyone who knows.

Yes you can change any of the dates. Go to the league news and you should see a league events tab. You should have to be in commish mode to change them.

Two things. You shouldn’t change the day of an event that changes the game state, like the offseason beginning, to the current day. A draft is fine. And secondly, it won’t save for the next year. You have to keep changing it every year

if you make opening day the same # day each year and use 'fixed' length playoff series, you could control the date, but lose out on things like maximizing weekend games for gate revenue.

hmm i may be confusing a playoff option? if you can't make it a max 7-game time period for playoff series. worth a 2-second look on that settings page, if it's important to you. feeling quite a lack of confidence, now.

Thank you. I had never seen that page before, in all my years of playing.
