Just in 14 because it's a new feature, but no patch has fixed it:

When you have a league, and want to change the default league settings from say, 5-man rotation to 6, it works. However, in the off-season, it resets back. This happens with all of the settings that determine how many pitchers/position players should be on each roster as well.

Please, pretty please, fix this. I like my minors teams with 35 spots to have some sense of balance, and this is a GREAT feature. But I hate having to change it every season.

I don't see it happening in my leagues either. I don't have the game available right now but this might be caused by how you set up games to sim in the background? Maybe someone can clear this up.

Agreed, not being able to see prev splits or career splits LH/RH is a big problem in trying to decide platoons the current season as well as trade decisions, i.e. I need a LF guy who can hit LH as my current one is a .300/.400/.500 vs RH but a .225/.300/.375 vs ;$

Online league players would like to make individual selections deep into the rounds of the amateur draft. But the amateur draft pool reveal date is a maximum of 75 days. For online leagues this limit should be expanded to 200 days, at least, so drafting can take place throughout the season.

Never happens to me, but I'm wondering if you have automatically adjust league strategy settings on?

I always disable them because I like to play with 4 man rotations. I only ever have to set them once, they never revert back unless the aforementioned "strategy" setting is enabled.

This is the way it should work.

Alot of effort was put into this jersey but all the time spent on the mesh was wasted and pretty much my whole button idea got wasted. Can we get more jersey to show?

in case people forgot about this, other examples of Honorable Pawn great work being cut off

Ok. From when I converted to 14 til i took over the White Sox in 2018 i would have anywhere between 12-20 DH's each season. Since I play out most my games I never had seen any problems with it. For 2012-2017 I used MLB historical schedules.

League History

I've posted this as a bug before, but League History gets messed up with when structures are changed (i.e. teams changing leagues). History should lock in what happened in past and not be affected by subsequent changes.

Example is with pitcher Sandy Leon below. Pitched for Seattle in AL 2013, then I moved team to NL around 2020. He won CY young and pitching triple crown during season. Still shows as CY Young winner but does not show in pitching leaderboards on same page. Other teams which moved also have players missing from leader board lists.

I used to think it depended on how long Game One went... in other words, if it ran int the time Game two was supposed to start it stopped you from being able to enter Game two.

That isn't it. I have checked. (I use historical schedules as well).

Just this moment I found a mistake in the game.

Here is the situation. Lary Sorensen is pitching.

Kelly Hunt is batting. REACHED ON ERROR

John Howell comes up. GROUNDS INTO DOUBLE PLAY

GARY GAETTI. SOLO HOME RUN.

CLAUDELL WASHINGTON. SOLO HOME RUN.

Keith Hernandez. GROUND OUT

Number of Earned Runs charged against Sorensen... ZERO.

Uh... no. That isn't right at all.

I checked the log in case someone had dropped a foul pop by Gaetti or something, but nope.

wow, major bug... maybe someday OOTP will move away from using these obsolete stats (or at least make them optional).

Sorensen should be responsible for 2 runs, since this is what he gave up

Only the current season's WAR is shown in roster screens, even if the career splits is selected.

Game Created Jersey Shading Layers

The game creates some shading layers on the jerseys that don't seem to be needed any longer... Primarily I'm speaking of the button down placket shadow... This layer appears on custom pullover jerseys that are created and distorts the logos or lettering... With the advances in the cap and jersey templates over the years by the talented folks who created them, these layers created by the game itself aren't required anymore...

ERA isn't an obsolete stat. It's just not the best tool for evaluating pitchers. I would wholeheartedly be against ERA being removed from OOTP.

While we are at it why don't we remove Yankee Stadium, Babe Ruth, Albert Pujols & The Cubs.

Can we keep The Babe, but have him stay with the Red Sox? Oh wait, this is OOTP, we can do whatever we want!
