I screwed up but OOTP support doesn't really exist (in my experience).

I deleted my game Therefore I lost one license. I wrote to OOTP support a couple of weeks ago and as expected (negative soul that I am), I haven't heard anything back.

Any idea where I go from here to get my license back? (And don't say Hell although you're dying to).

Could try going to the support for the people that run the licenses. Elicence or esellerate, whichever one it is

Could also try not bashing anything in thread titles and maybe people would be more inclined to help you. Saying this doesn't exist or whatever really doesnt make people want to help you. I have seend very negative things in the past from you before (If I am wrong, I apologize) and it will never help your case. Something like this might tho...


Contacted OOTP and they havent responded, can anyone help?

That will get you a lot more help than being negative or bashing.

I'll check with tech support about what happened to the request; I can't reset the licenses myself, it has to go through them or Andreas. You should still have one working license at the moment, though, if you only uninstalled once.

Yes, you are correct, I still have 1 license. I'm just afraid for the next time I screw up.

I probably wouldn't have worded it like I did, but over the years I've put in tickets a few times and I never have received a response. Therefore in my experience, they don't exist.

Maybe you have better luck than I do, or maybe you've never entered a ticket but I assure you my questions are polite and are worded in such a way that they're not answering can have anything to do with my attitude.

I find that you can only be a nice guy for so long and when you get tired of being ignored or stepped on, your attitude sometimes changes, or you just go away. Sorry tcblcommish, I'm still here and have been since OOTP2.

That is unacceptable. We have a guy doing the Tech Support (answering tickets, putting them in our Project Tool) and for some reason it seems a lot of FHM related tickets are ignored. We contacted him to find out what the problem is.

So for the moment I can't say more then sorry, we try to sort it out as soon as possible!

It got resolved when Jeff got involved. It seems it slipped through the cracks.
