I actually had a dream last night that iOOTP came out for Android but nobody knew about it until it hit the Play Store, it was just "Surprise! Here it is!"

I despair of this happening for the perfectly valid reasons already stated, but I'll chime in and say I would buy this for my 'droid.

This is the only Android app/game I can think of that I'd be willing to pay $20 for if they charged that much for it.

With the recent boom of Android tablets, having OOTP for android would be a good investment I would think.

Yep, v4 of android is a solid target. Especially on tablets. Plus Android market is larger, and not so much of a pirate place anymore, thanks to business adoption of android over iOS.

I desire this on Android too. I had to replace my Iphone with an Android phone earlier this year, and was let down that it wasn't available when the WS sale was posted recently.

I hope that this changes for the next iteration in 2015!

That makes you one of a VERY small minority, probably 1 in 10000 java 'developers' is competent, the other 9999 are barely competent 'coders' at best
