Connie Mack

Anything of Connie Mack with the Brewers, 1898-1900?

The image on the left is from the book THE RISE OF MILWAUKEE BASEBALL, by Dennis Pajot. Even at this young age (34), Connie Mack is already sporting a business suit. He managed the Milwaukee Creams of the Western League in 1897. Creams was the team name used by the Encyclopedia of Minor League Baseball. Baseball-reference.com calls the 1897 Milwaukee team the Brewers.

The photo on the right is from the book THE MINOR LEAGUE MILWAUKEE BREWERS 1859-1952, by Brian Podoll. The photo is undated, but since it makes reference to the Brewers and Mack appears to be about as young as in the image at the left, I'm assuming that it was taken while he managed the Brewers.

Why do you need a colorized custom 1970 Dave Bristol Topps Pilots card, when there's a REAL 1970 Dave Bristol Topps Pilots Card?

Del Wilber 1973

One-game skipper between Whitey Herzog and Billy Martin with the '73 Rangers, coach the rest of the year - and the first time I've ever seen a color shot of him (and with Whitey no less). Some color adjustment provided:

Haywood Sullivan 1965

Was skipper of the lowly Athletics much of the year, and okcochise has given us a strong B&W shot in '65 uniform, and the main thread has nice shots from his playing days -- but I hold out hope there's color images out there from his 1965 stint as K.C. manager. Help appreciated, to be sure.

Just learning on how to do custom cards. Just having fun creating cards. Thought it was a cool photo to put on a card.

The photo packs are amazing.
Are there any photo collections of owners?
