Real-Life Universe: Collective Info Gathering

I am going to try to make a universe that closely simulates Real-Life baseball (International and MLB). I made this thread in hopes that people could comment on the coefficients/modifiers/rules that I put in my leagues and maybe offer some advice for changes to make it more life-like. I will also hopefully be able to use CubbyFan's Full Rosters when those are released, as well as have realistic stadium/personnel data. I already have truthserum's logo set (may have to ask his help for a few more). All help will be greatly appreciated. I will be releasing it as a quickstart when I am finished...
