knuckler,

The Milwaukee, Cleveland and Brooklyn logos are great...really fine.

I not at home, so I can't check them in the game, but I think they will show up perfectly, just like the St. Louis Browns and Philadelphia A's did.

If you get a chance, make a Boston Braves with the Indian logo that they used to use.

If you get a chance, make a Cleveland Indians using the modern Indian figure.

See logoserver for the figures I am talking about.

For the Cleveland Indians see 1951-1972/1979-present logo.
http://www.logoserver.com/AL.html

For the Boston Braves see 1948 logo.

No problem EC. I'm a little worried how a logo that is detailed like that will hold up on the smaller screens. Anyhoo, here is the Chief Wahoo logo you requested.

I am not at home this week...I am in Boise, Idaho...visiting my sister.

I will check these next week and see how they look in the game.

I already have the figures on other logos and the Braves shows up well on the midsized screens...which is important to me...Chief Wahoo breaks up a little bit...but I still use it.

I think this will be fine.

Thanks for doing them for me.

The Boston Braves logo looks really good, even on the smaller screens. I haven't checked out the newer Indians logo with Chief Wahoo. I prefer the older Indian image, anyway.

knuckler, if you are so inspired -- I would love to see what you could do with the rest of the teams. I've included links to logos on the logoserver site, in an attempt to be helpful:

AL Teams - http://www.logoserver.com/AL.html
Boston Red Sox - '55-'64
Chicago White Sox - 1917
Detroit Tigers - Something with the orange Olde English D
New York Yankees - the 4th logo to the right (without a date)

NL Teams - http://www.logoserver.com/NL.html
Chicago Cubs - not sure what to use
Cincinnati Reds - something similar to the 1997 logo, but with the colors reversed
New York Giants - an interlocking NY
Philadelphia Phillies - 1915 "Fightin' Phillies" logo
Pittsburgh Pirates - not sure what to use
St. Louis Cardinals - not sure what to use

And with any of these, if you have a better idea, I'd love to see it. Again, only if you're so inspired. What you have done so far is great! Thanks!

I'll try to work on the Fightin Phils one, but here is one I did with the liberty bell. I know they never used this, but I thought it might look ok.

Very finely done, knuckler.

I hope you get JoeRock to include your series on his site.

They deserve to be there.

I came up with some other options for the Phillies. That font might not show up well, so I went with the one I've been using for the others. Here's three more:

knuckler --

I am speechless. What you have done so far is excellent. I didn't think of using the Liberty Bell for the Phillies, but those logos are by far my favorite. All of the logos are crisp, clean, and look great at all points in the game. I am in awe and thank you for the great work. This is going to be a great set.

Knuckler --

These are simply superb. Think you can do a classic Pirates with the blue, red and white colors? Keep up the good work.

knuckler,

This series is one of the finest sets I have seen...great traditional logos.

I had finished up all of the logos for my Alltime Allstar League...but I may have to replace a lot of them with yours.

They are excellent.
