Allow league edits in season #1

With certain league settings only able to be modified on July 1st it would be preferred to start a new season on/before July 1st. The alternative is we play 1 season under original rules and then are able to modify in season #2.

It would seem to me that if you need to Modify the rules for season 1 that you set up the league incorrectly, wouldn't it make sense to just create the league over again with the proper rules? This seems like a case of asking OOTP to protect the consumer from themselves
