Stadium Development/ Evoloution

I was on the subreddit and I saw a post about having teams move out of stadiums when they get too old and making stadiums larger to reflect the size of teams. when the stadium was no longer used it would be torn down(deleted). this could also help reflect the trends of the league for example, if you have w hitting oriented league and you build a new stadium it would be a really large stadium to stop home runs.
